Payments.
Payment of invoices are due 2 weeks after the issue date and are payable via internet banking.
We are happy to provide receipts for you to pass onto health insurance providers but do not invoice them on your behalf.
Cancellation.
A cancellation fee will not be charged if we are notified at least 3 business days in advance of appointments. If the notification is less than 3 business days before the appointment time, you will be charged for your appointment time.
Fees and Expenses 2023
We appreciate this opportunity to be of service to you and your family and aim to provide the best care possible. Please be aware that following appointments, once consultation letters have been sent to the GP’s office, we will provide you with an invoice for services rendered at the billing rates outlined below.
Assessment, review and monitoring, psychiatric / psychotherapy services.
A comprehensive child psychiatric assessment, initial management plan and written report will generally require approximately 3-4 hours of clinician time with 2-3 hours of this being ‘face to face’ and the rest made up of additional clinical and administrative tasks.
Follow up psychiatric appointments are generally 1- 2 hour appointments.
Miscellaneous expenses are generally included in the above estimate; however additional time may be charged depending on the time required to complete these tasks. Such tasks include additional prescription requests, completion of forms and reports and communication with others involved in your care. As we offer home-based care, if an office space is requested, there will be an additional fee for this service
Travel time will be charged at $200/hour for home visits beyond 10-15min driving time.
$575 per hour (GST Included)
